I am a Senior Measurement Scientist in the Growth and Innovations Division at NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners). My current research is focused on the assessment of clinical reasoning. I also have experience building automated scoring systems. I am broadly interested in medical education, measurement, and natural language processing.

My prior academic work includes the study of causal inference with observational data, thinking heuristics and biases, reasoning, logic (philosophical, mathematical, and non-classical systems), and Indo-Tibetan Buddhist reasoning and debate.
